We can only imagine the potential payback she could dish out for the "Glee" kids on the show, as they once learned to inquire the number of times Lohan's been in rehab thanks to substitute Spanish teacher Holly Holiday.

Portrayed by Gwyneth Paltrow in a 2010 episode, Holiday attempted to teach phrases such as "Lindsay Lohan's totally crazy, right?" and, "How many times has Lindsay been in rehab?"

At the time, Lohan's mom Dina said the Lohan family was hurt by "the writers’ choice to have such a huge talent like Gwyneth Paltrow relay such hurtful words against a contemporary."
