Jay-Z protege', J. Cole is back with a new video and he has one of the innovators of hip-hop- pop, R&B, along for the ride--MISSY ELLIOT!! The two teamed up for Cole's 'Nobody's Perfect' visual.  It's good to see 'Misdemenar' back in fighting form and this is actually a rather interesting collaboration.
Director Colin Tilley crafted the visuals, which combines images like dead fish, flashing cameras and the standard shot of a busty lady with miniature figures hopping off a boat, Missy Elliott serving as the Roc Nation rapper's therapist and computer keys spelling out poignant words.
