Comedian and Katy Perry's ex was arrested for that whole cell phone snatch thing.  Brand was seen grabbing a 'paps' cell phone and tossing it through a window when the 'victim' tried to record the comedian. Brand turned himself in to New Orleans police yesterday after a warrant was issued for his arrest for the office window he smashed with a paparazzo's cell phone.
Brand was booked on one count of simple criminal damage to property and released about an hour later after posting a $5,000 bond.

And, the window has since been repaired!


All is well that well.. right???
